Mercy Medical Center, a ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System, operates a 476-bed hospital.
We developed Mercy’s “Where to go. Now.” statement and campaign to position them as a lifelong partner within the community. A portion of the campaign theme expanded the brand promise to present a constellation of women’s health services to the community as an integrated care delivery system to create the perception of a virtual Women’s Health and Breast Care Center. This effort included targeting soon-to-be mother’s and introduce them to the virtual center, and their maternity birthing suites.
